No. 5 Running Eagles Split Duals With No. 14 Lindsey Wilson and Brewton-Parker

MARIETTA, Ga. – No. 5 Life University split a pair of Mid-South Conference duals against No. 14 Lindsey Wilson and Brewton Parker on Monday.
Life U got the night started with a 42-9 win over Brewton-Parker in the first dual. In the 141-pound division,
Mason Calvert won by technical fall 15-0. In the 157-pound divison,
Kaleb Rahoi won by fall. In the 165-pound division,
Anthony Carter won by technical fall 18-0.
Hunter Smith won the 184-pound match with a 5-0 decision.
Dalton Bailey won the 197-pound match with a 16-1 technical fall.
Brandon Hill won the 285-pound match by fall. The Running Eagles also won two matches by forfeit.
The second dual of the night pitted two Top 15 teams against each other. Life U came up short as they fell to Lindsey Wilson 25-12. In total, Life U won three of the 10 matches in the dual.
Marcus Abreu on the 141-pound match with a 5-2 decision.
Hunter Smith won the 184-pound match with a 6-4 decision.
Dalton Bailey won the 197-pound match by fall.
The Running Eagles are back in action on Friday, Dec. 15 as they travel to Waleska, Ga. for a dual against Reinhardt.
