Women's Rugby Advance to CRC Semifinals with Shutout over Navy

Philadelphia ---- The Life University Women's Rugby team toppled Navy 34-0 to advance to the 2018 Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship Semifinals that will be played on Sunday afternoon.
The Running Eagles tallied another shutout at this year's tournament, and advance to matchup with Lindenwood at 12:57 PM EST. The game will be aired on ESPN Plus that can be found here:

The women controlled the tempo in the early morning game against Navy to advance. "The women came out of the gates firing on all cylinders. They've been having a great time, and love being back at the CRC," head coach
Rosalind Chou mentioned. "They've been laughing and enjoying their time together and you can really see that with the chemistry on the pitch. We know each game just gets harder from here and we just hope to continue to ride this momentum into tomorrow and have a strong day three."
