Head coach
Omi Acosta shared his thoughts after the match stating, "I thought the guys fought hard, and Brewton-Parker brought up a good squad. They didn't give up through a single matchup and were fighting the entire dual. A couple mistakes were made, including Asher getting caught for the pin. We have things we need to work on and get better for the future. The goal is not to beat Brewton-Parker or any individual team; the goal is to be the best version of ourselves and we will continue to pursue that."
The men's wrestling team will return to action on Saturday, December 11, when they travel to Lindsey Wilson College for the NAIA Challenge Duals. The Running Eagles will wrestle five duals during the day with the first being against No. 14 Marian at 10 AM.Â
