MARIETTA, Ga. ---- In the season finale, the No. 3 nationally ranked Life University men's wrestling team claimed six champions in the ten weight class round robin on campus Saturday.

Quin McGlamery (133 lbs., 3-0), Tyree Johnson (141 lbs., 3-0), Jace Luchau (157 lbs. 3-0), Sid Ohl (165 lbs., 3-0), Mason McDaniel (174 lbs., 3-0) and Myles Starke (184 lbs., 3-0) each claimed the title in their individual weight classes to give the Running Eagles six champions on the day.

Chase Ayers (125 lbs.), Logan Sims (133 lbs.),  Melvin Hernandez (133 lbs., Unnattached), Baker Hadwan (184 lbs.), and Trayvonne Jackson (197 lbs., Unnattached) picked up second place finishes in each of their weight classes.

"This tournament was a good way to solidify who our top 12 guys on the team moving forward will be," head coach Omi Acosta stated. "We are once again thankful for the opportunity to compete, and there are some hard decisions to make before the conference championships next weekend."

Other finishes for the Running Eagles included Marcus Abreu (133. lbs.) took third, Yarhoski Aldiva (149 lbs., 2-1), Ian Clark (157 lbs., 1-2), Russel Rucklos (184 lbs., 2-2) took fourth, Charlie Brown (197 lbs., 1-2) and Zeke Taylor (285 lbs., 0-2).
