Women's Cross Country Finish Seventh at UNG XC Invitational

DAHLONEGA, Ga. ---- The Life University women's cross country team finished seventh in a 12-team field Friday afternoon in the University of North Georgia Cross Country Invitational.
Taylor Ward led the Running Eagles with a top-ten finish in ninth with a time of 19:06 and an average mile time of 6:09.
Kaitlin Ivey cracked the top-25 with a 23rd place finish in 20:24.
Kamryn Kimmel finished just behind her in 29th with a time of 20:48. Emily Hancock finished in 74th with a time of 25:07 as
Skyler Clark finished in 81st with a time of 26:39.
The women's cross country team will return to action on Saturday, October 2, when they travel to Fairburn, Ga. to compete in the ASICS Cross Country Invitational hosted by Clayton State University.
