MARIETTA, Ga. --- Life University competitive cheer welcomed Point University for a home meet in the Eagles Nest, Life U avoiding any deductions to post a program best score of 88.75 in the close loss.

The score is good enough to boost Life U to ninth place in the NAIA, with an average score of 84.34, Point also moves up in the rankings to fifth place with an overall average of 86.72.
When asked about the team's performance today, head coach

We look forward to getting back in the gym and showing up strong and healthy at Mid-South next week."
The Running Eagles next turn to the Mid-South Conference Tournament on Saturday, February 12th, looking to earn their spot to the NAIA Tournament in March.
