KINGSPOINT, Fla. - In the AAC Conference Tournament semifinals the Life U men's volleyball team was unable to keep pace with the Warriors of Webber in a 3-0 loss. 

Life U came out hot with a 6-0 run, but Webber came back and took the lead 16-13 midway through the first set and never looked back. Life U did try to make a comeback but was unable to overcome the deficit in a 25-23 opening set loss. 

The second set was all the Warriors as they claimed it 25-18, but Life U challenged midway through the third. After trailing 15-11, Life U bounced back to make a late charge but eventually dropped the set 25-19.

David Barcan tallied 12 kills while Diego Martinez added nine. 

Life U ends the season 22-11 and the loss marks the end of the season for the Running Eagles. 

TURNING POINT:

--Webber was dominant in the second set, putting away the Running Eagles 25-18. 

STANDOUT PERFORMANCES:

--Carlos Pinto posted 25 assists to lead Life U. 

--Alexis Prado tallied ten digs, while Martinez added eight.
