MARIETTA, Ga. — The Life University men's club rugby team earned a strong home win Saturday afternoon, defeating Atlanta Old White 31–21.
The Running Eagles opened the match with early tries from Donovan Law and Matthew Beacom before Seth Smith added two more to extend the lead. Tabonga Ngonyamo and Timothy Mwanjia Mmasi split kicking duties to keep Life U in control heading into halftime.
Cameron Taylor and Anterrious Branch added second-half tries as the Running Eagles maintained their tempo on attack. Despite a late push from Old White, Life's defensive discipline held firm to secure the 31–21 victory.
