MARIETTA, Ga. – The Life University Men's Rugby team stormed into an Opening Round win in the D1A Rugby Playoffs with a commanding 92-7 victory in a dominant Lupo Family Field performance. The Running Eagles imposed their will throughout the contest, combining clinical execution with relentless pace and power.
Tries were recorded by Adam Chadwick, Bautista Araujo, Philani Simamane, Wes Piggins, Aaron Faison, and Joshua Spence (2), while James Rose led the charge with four tries of his own. Kade Cunningham crossed the line twice, and the team also benefited from a Penalty Try.
Kicking duties were shared among Bradley Crane, who converted 6 of 7 attempts, Joshua Spence (2 of 3), and Jonty Lee (3 of 4). It was a complete team effort that highlighted Life U's attacking precision and depth, setting a strong tone as they advance further into playoff contention.
