MARIETTA, Ga. — Life University Athletics celebrated another historic milestone during the Spring 2026 Commencement ceremonies, as 60 Running Eagles from 18 athletic programs earned their degrees and concluded their collegiate careers.
The Spring 2026 graduating class continued the department's tradition of academic excellence, with 29 student-athletes graduating with honors, including two Doctors of Chiropractic and eight graduate degree recipients.
The ceremony also marked another remarkable achievement for Life U Athletics, as student-athletes once again swept the university's highest academic honors. Women's Wrestling standout Anna Krejsa was named Valedictorian, while Men's Soccer student-athlete Vuk Krstic earned Salutatorian honors, extending the department's legacy of academic success.
Deputy Athletic Director Alaina Smith Walker reflected on the impact of the graduating class and the legacy they leave behind.
"This is a BIG group of achievers," said Smith Walker. "They are national and conference champions, All-Americans, Scholar-Athletes, and most importantly, stellar humans. Some of them had the opportunity to start up programs, while others elevated them – but every single one of them represented the Running Eagle brand to the fullest, and I could not be more proud of how they spent their time here!"
The Spring 2026 class leaves behind a lasting legacy of achievement both in competition and in the classroom. Through championships, academic honors, leadership, and service, these graduates have helped elevate Life University Athletics while setting the standard for future generations of Running Eagles.
