Chris Rogers

Chris Rogers has served as Life University's throws coach since 2021, bringing more than 20 years of coaching experience to the program. In his time with the Running Eagles, he has coached two NAIA National Champions in the hammer throw, including the NAIA record holder, along with one national runner-up, six NAIA All-Americans, and 30 individual conference champions.

A graduate of Hampton University, Rogers is a Level 2 USATF certified coach of over 13 years. His résumé includes 44 Masters All-American honors, multiple high school All-Americans, high school national and state champions, AAU Junior Olympic national champions, and two high school international competitors. He previously coached at Campbell High School (2013-2016) and is the father of Isaiah Rogers, the 2016 Georgia high school shot put record holder.

He lives in Georgia with his family and remains dedicated to helping athletes at every level achieve their full potential.
