    Volunteer Assistant

Victoria Francis joined the Life University Women’s Wrestling coaching staff as a volunteer coach in 2019, bringing with her an accomplished career on both the collegiate and international stage. During her competitive years, she quickly established herself as one of the top wrestlers in the nation, earning the No. 2 Team USA ranking at 75 kg/165 lbs. for the 2016–17 season. She represented the United States with distinction, claiming a bronze medal at the 2014 Junior World Championships and competing at the highest levels of national and international competition.

On the collegiate mats, Francis was a two-time WCWA national champion for Lindenwood University, capturing titles in 2015 and 2016. Her dominance extended to the University Nationals, where she also secured back-to-back championships in 2015 and 2016. That same year, she finished as runner-up at both the U.S. Olympic Team Trials and the U.S. Open, solidifying her status as one of the premier athletes in her weight class.

With her deep competitive experience, commitment to excellence, and passion for developing athletes, Francis plays an integral role in guiding the Life U women’s wrestling program to success, instilling the same drive and discipline that defined her own career.
