Sammy Rosario begins his 4th season as assistant coach at Life University after completing his academic and athletic career at Cumberland University (TN).
Rosario was a four-year starter at Darton Community college and Cumberland U. He was part of the Mid-South Conference Championship team in 2016. Rosario was a 4X National Qualifier, 2X NJCAA, 2X NAIA and was an All-American in 2017 at 133lbs. Rosario was also a 3X GHSA State Placer.
Rosario received his bachelor's degree in Psychology. He continued his education at Life University as a graduate assistant where he earned his master’s in psychology. Rosario is a teacher at Carterville High School.
