Cameron Horton

Cameron Horton joined the Life U coaching staff for his first season in 2025.

A native of Eastwood, Alabama, he began his collegiate career at East Mississippi Community College, where he was named First Team All-MAJC. He went on to compete at Southern University before finishing his career at Life University, where he earned MSC Second Team honors in 2021. 

After graduating, Cameron gained professional playing experience, contributing to the SlamBall MOB Champions in 2023.

Cameron attended Jacksonville High School, where he excelled as a two-sport letter man. A standout athlete, he earned First Team All-State honors three years, was ranked as one of the best point guard in Alabama’s Class of 2016, and placed second in the state high jump.

Off the court, he holds an Associate of Arts degree in business administration.
