Chad is a life-long Marietta, GA native attending Harrison High School. Hall then went on to play lacrosse at Piedmont University. Where he was a member of the 2019 USA South Conference Champions, marking the first ever Georgia lacrosse program to play in the NCAA DIII tournament. Hall would play 2 and a half years for the Lions before graduating in 2023. Hall was the member of two conference final fours and earned academic all conference his senior year.
After graduating Piedmont, Hall began his coaching career at nearby Marietta High School coaching both the JV and Varsity teams. This past season, the Blue Devils reached their first ever Elite 8 in the GHSA Lacrosse tournament. Hall continues his coaching tenure at Marietta going into the spring of 2026 and continues to coach at Dirty Birds Lacrosse Club which is another local entity. Hall begins his collegiate coaching tenure with the Running Eagles in the fall of 2025.
