Ryszard Chadwick took of the role as Head Coach of the Women’s Rugby Program in August 2022.
Born in England, Rys has been coaching since he was 14 years old and has coached all over the world, coaching at all levels of the game from grassroots to elite / professional & age grade teams / international players as well as coaching 15s & 7s in both the men’s and women’s game.
He has been living in the USA for over a decade and has traveled the country coaching several programs and is also as a coach educator with World Rugby.
He graduated from Hartpury University with a degree in Sports Coaching and a Masters in Coaching Science and is still involved with coach education and has been publish in several coaching journals. Academics, Sports & Coaching are a big part of his life, and he prides himself on developing excellence and inspire success in players and teams.
