MARIETTA, Ga. ---- The Life University women's soccer team rolled to a 3-0 victory over Brewton-Parker College at home Saturday night to improve to 3-2 on the year.

Josie Davis scored the first goal of the match and assisted on the second as Life U outshot Brewton-Parker 25-6.
STANDOUT PERFORMERS
• Davis scored the first goal of the match in the 20
thminute on an assist from
Callie Lambert.

Daniela Cianchini scored the second goal just before the half on a cross from Davis.
•
Elin Josefsson scored the final goal on a shot from distance in the 85
thminute.
Sydney Young earned the win in goal with three saves in the combined shutout with
Julia Bernhardt.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Within the first 15 minutes of play, Life U tallied four shots before Brewton-Parker picked up their first.
• The Running Eagles broke through in the 20
thminute on a through ball from Lambert that allowed Davis to find the back of the net for an early 1-0 lead.
• Five minutes before the half, Davis drove down the right side of the field and played a ball across the face of goal that found Cianchini open to put the Running Eagles ahead 2-0 at the break.
• Brewton-Parker earned a penalty in the 56
thminute, however the shot missed to the left of the goal to preserve the clean sheet.
• Josefsson scored the final goal for Life U in the 86
thminute of play. She played a shot from distance that curled up and over the keeper into the far corner to give the Running Eagles the 3-0 lead. Life U held on to win the match 3-0 over Brewton-Parker for the team's second consecutive win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
