HOW IT HAPPENED
• Life U came out of the gates slow, finding themselves in a 21-9 hole after the first 10 minutes of play.
• A flurry of baskets from Teasley early in the second quarter pulled the Running Eagles within four points of Talladega at 25-21. The game did not reach a tie at 57-57 until Tears completed a three point play as the third quarter was coming to a close.
• The game found itself in another tie at 63-63 after a Haamid basket, but from that point the Tornadoes started pulling away on their way to the 84-74 win.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• Despite the loss, the Running Eagles possessed the better shooting percentage 42.1% (24-for-57) to Talladega's 35.8% (29-for-81), but left a lot of points on the floor at the charity stripe as they only hit 22 of their 42 free throws.
• One of the Running Eagle's biggest disadvantages came via rebounds, losing the battle in the paint 45 to 57.
