BOWLING GREEN, Ky. ---- The Life University men's volleyball team fell in the Mid-South Conference Tournament Quarterfinals to Webber International 3-1 Thursday afternoon.
The Running Eagles fell in the first set 25-21, but bounced back in the second set with a 25-22 win. Service errors plagued the Life U in the third and fourth set as Webber won the match 25-23 and 25-21.
As a team, the Running Eagles totaled 49 kills with a .244 hitting percentage. The team totaled five aces with 10 blocks and 47 assists. The Warriors finished with 56 kills and a .264 hitting percentage. They tallied two service aces, eight blocks, 56 assists and 46 digs.
Individually,
Sebastian Obrador led Life U on a double-double with 12 kills and 18 assists. He added three service aces and eight digs.
Alex Cabana also finished in double figures with 10 kills and added a solo block with two block assists.
Jonathan Lemos tallied 25 assists as
Diego Martinez picked up a team-high 10 digs.
Diego Perez led the team with five block assists and added seven kills.
