Eric Carrion

Eric Carrion was named the assistant coach of the Life U men's soccer team leading into the Fall of 2022.

Carrion began coaching as a personal trainer at TOCA from 2018-2020, training players of all levels from kids as young as 4 to professional level. He has also been working at Mays Strikers since 2018 as youth coach reaching one state cup final with 07 boys. In January 2022, Carrion was hired as JV Mens coach at Denmark High school finishing with the best JV record in School history at 8-1-3 and was subsequently promoted to Varsity Men's coach for the upcoming 2023 season. Regarding licenses, holds a National D License.

He grew up playing in Lawerencville, GA, winning the US Youth Soccer National Championship with Alpharetta Ambush in 2010, whil also being a state runner-up with Northview High School. Also played for Regional ODP in 2009-2010. Collegiate career included playing at University of North Carolina Greensboro from 2010-2011 where he won SOCON regular season and conference tournament championships. From 2011-2013, Carrion played for Club Deportivo Universidad de Concepcion in the Chilean first division. He finished college at University of North Georgia 2013-2015. Post-college, carrion played for Fk Jurineks in Latvian 1st division from 2016-2017 until injury cut career short.Â
