Maria Ford, LAT, ATC joined the Life University athletic care staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in July 2022. She currently works with women’s basketball, men’s track and field/XC, swim, and cheerleading. She received her M.S. from Life University in 2022. As a graduate assistant, she provided coverage for multiple teams.
Ford went to Towson University for her undergraduate studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training in the Spring of 2020. During her time at Towson she worked with several schools, including: Towson University’s NCAA Division I football team in the fall of 2018 and spring of 2020; their women’s track and field team in the fall of 2017; Eastern Technical High School in the spring of 2018 and fall of 2019; and lastly, Calvert Hall College in the spring of 2019.
Ford is a native of Old Bridge, New Jersey and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia
