Tyler Drayton joined the women’s soccer staff in the 2021 season as the team’s first dedicated goalkeeper coach. In 2021, Freshman goalkeeper, Emily Hounsell was named First Team All Mid-South Conference and NAIA All-America Honorable Mention with a GAA of 1.11, save percentage of .748, playing and starting in 16 games for 1380 minutes, shelling out 55 saves.
Drayton comes to Life U with a Masters in Arts Education at Duke University, where she was the goalkeeper in 2010. Prior to her time at Duke she was the goalkeeper at South Carolina State University Goalkeeper from 2005-2009, during that time she was named All-Conference 2nd-Team and All-Sportsmanship Team. She graduated in 2009 with her Bachelor of Science in Education with emphasis in Physical Activity Management, Cum Laude.
