CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Life University (13-5, 1-1 MSC) fell to Campbellsville (9-2, 2-2 MSC) on Thursday by a score of 3-0 (22-25, 20-25, 17-25).
Â
"Congrats to a good Campbellsville team, who played well and showed tremendous resilience despite one of their main players out due to injury," Head Coach
Steve Wilcosky said. "Unfortunately, we are still learning about playing disciplined volleyball and executing technique.  It is difficult for us, tactically, to take on teams when we are not technically getting things done. In order for us to be competitive in the Mid-South Conference, we must be able to execute at a higher level defensively and with a much smaller margin of error. This is where we are today, and that's ok. There is a lot of volleyball left. If it matters to the athletes on our team, then I know we will right this ship and put the work in to becoming a better version of ourselves moving forward."
