MARIETTA, Ga. ---- The Life University men's soccer team fell at home to No. 21 nationally ranked Reinhardt University 3-1 Saturday night.
NOTES
• Reinhardt improved to 5-0-1 on the year, while Life U fell to 2-5-1.
STANDOUT PERFORMERS

Thierry Jules scored his third goal in as many days on a penalty. He finished with two total shots and both on frame.
•
Javi Romero finished with a team-high four shots with two on frame as
Steinar Magnusson and
Wessley Soronellas each picked up two shots.
• Todd Fidler, Aaron Whitten and Edgardo Obregon scored for Reinhardt University.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• 52 seconds into the match, Jules drew a penalty and converted in the lower left corner of the goal to put the Running Eagles ahead 1-0.
• Both teams had chances, as Life U picked up four shots on frame the remainder of the second half.
• Reinhardt scored the Equalizer in the 40
thminute on a defensive error and took the lead four minutes later to lead 2-1 heading into the half.
• Life U had two chances at goal in the second half, as Pekruhl tallied four saves in goal for the Running Eagles.
• Reinhardt scored its final goal of the match in the 75
thminute to take a 3-1 lead.
• Life U had one additional shot in the remaining 15 minutes of play as Reinhardt took the 3-1 victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• Both teams finished with 13 shots during the match, however Reinhardt had more shots on frame than Life U 8-7.
• Life U held the advantage in corner kicks over Reinhardt 3-2.
