HOW IT HAPPENED
• Life U scored first and even took a 7-0 at 16:46 following a
Jordan Hernandez three, but the Redhawks came back to take the lead not even four minutes later. The first half continued being a back and forth affair until Life U moved back up seven points, 33-26, following a Ferrell deep ball. The Running Eagles went cold from the floor shortly following his bucket, not scoring for a three minuted span in the final 3:30 of the half, going into the break trailing 41-37.
• Life U came back to take the lead, 51-49, at the 12:48 mark after
Nathan Presnell got in a tough bucket in the paint, drawing the foul and completing the three-point play. The Redhawks retook the lead, but a
Cam Horton three ball tied the game again with just six minutes to play at 60 all in what was still a game of tug-of-war. From that point, Martin Methodist went on a run to take control of the game, winning 74-69.
