WALESKA, Ga. - The Life U women's soccer team won their third straight game of the season with a 1-0 victory over in-state rivals Reinhardt.

MARIETTA, Ga. - The Life U volleyball team squared off on day two of the Running Eagle Classic Saturday going 3-0 over Bryan College, Florida National University, and Brenau University. 

The Running Eagles were able to put a goal on the board in the first half as Junior Lilja Bjorg Olafsdottir capitalized in the 33' minute, scoring her third goal of the season off a rebound from a penalty kick. Life U was not ready to end the game there and kept pushing Reinhardt into their own half. With eight shots in the first half, the Running Eagles went into half-time in the lead, 1-0.

In the second half, Life U kept possession but despite pushing down Reinhardt's defense, the Running Eagles were not able to score another goal. Freshman Justine Candel made three saves and was able to close out the game. The Running Eagles were able to hold the 1-0 lead to end the game. 

Overall, Life U dominated on the attack side with 12 shots to Reinhardt's six in the contest.
