08.18.25

MARIETTA, GA – The Life University Women's Rugby program is proud to announce the addition of Seth Heldman as its new Performance Analyst, joining the staff through a studentship position. This key appointment reflects the program's ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and athlete-centered development.

Seth brings a strong foundation of performance analysis and rugby-specific support to the role. His journey in the sport includes experience as a student-athlete and video analyst at the University of North Texas (2019–2020), followed by impactful roles with the Dallas Harlequins (2020–2024) as a Video and Stats Analyst, and the Dallas Jackals (2022–2024) where he served as both a Performance Analyst and Assistant Team Manager. Most recently, he contributed his skills to the USA U19 Rugby Americas North side in 2025.

"I'm grateful to be part of a program where excellence is a way of life," Seth shared. "This opportunity at Life University allows me to grow within a high-performance environment while applying the skills I've developed across multiple levels of the game. I'm excited to support the team's goals and contribute to a culture that thrives on learning, drive, and purpose."

Head Coach Ryszard Chadwick expressed strong enthusiasm about the hire:

"We're thrilled to welcome Seth to our staff. His breadth of experience—from collegiate rugby to MLR and international youth competition—positions him perfectly to elevate our analytical capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across our program. His addition marks a key step in our continued growth, reinforcing our strategic edge as we pursue national success. We're also proud to support his academic journey here at Life U as part of our commitment to developing leaders both on and off the field."

In his role, Seth will oversee key elements of the program's performance infrastructure, including video breakdown, statistical insights, tactical reporting, and training support—all aimed at driving performance outcomes and long-term athlete development.
