2025-26 Women's Basketball Season Recap

• The Life University Women's Basketball program posted a 17-11 overall record and went 10-6 in SSAC play.
• The team went on to an SSAC Tournament berth, where they traveled to Montgomery, Ala. as a 5 seed.
• The team boasted 2 All-Conference team athletes, 3 Daktronics Scholar-Athlete Honors, and 1 SSAC Scholar-Athlete Team player.

• The Life University Women's Basketball program pulled off a huge upset, beating #14 William Carey 53-52, with a last-minute defensive stand.
  • The Running Eagles held William Carey to a 37.5 shooting percentage from the floor, and Kenya Robinson's strong performance, highlighted by a double-double, helped the Running Eagles pull off the upset.
• The Life University Women's Basketball Team also delivered multiple strong offensive performances throughout the season.
  • A 96-44 win against Spartanburg Methodist College marked the highest point total by the Running Eagles since 2019. The team had 4 players score in double-digits, and 10 players record a basket in the blowout win.
