2025-26 Women's Swimming Season Recap

• The Life University Women's Swimming program posted a 8-2 record overall dual record during the 2025-26 season.
• The program placed 5th at the Small College Championship Cup and 6th at the SUN Conference Championships.
• The team boasted 1 All-Conference Relay Team, 4 National Qualifiers, and 7 Daktronics Scholar Athletes.

• The Life University Women's Swimming program kicked off the 2025-26 season with five-straight dual wins.
• The Running Eagles bested Thomas University twice, William Carey, Loyola and Brenau.
• The narrowest margin of victory came against Brenau, where Life U won 131-127.

• The Life University Women's Swimming 200 yard medley relay team earned All-Conference honors at the 2026 SUN Conference Meet.
  • The team of Kyleigh Shonk, Elisa Gross, Petra Beky and Terangimarie Moanaroa saw a 1:47.00 for a third-place finish.
• In addition to the All-Conference honors, the program saw four student-athletes earn the right to head to the 2026 NAIA National Championships.

• The Life University Women's Swimming Program sent four athletes to compete at the 2026 NAIA National Championships in both individual events and relays.
  • Kendall Ashburn: 50 yard free, 200 yard butterfly, 200 yard IM, 400 yard IM
  • Kyleigh Shonk: 50 yard free, 100 yard backstroke, 
  • Nikita Snoeren: 50 yard free, 100 yard free, 500 yard free, 100 yard backstroke, 200 yard IM, 400 yard IM
  • Petra Beky: 200 yard breaststroke, 200 yard IM
• As a program, the Running Eagles placed 16th overall.
• In the classroom, the team also honored 7 student-athletes on the Daktronics Scholar Athletes-list.
